Born in 2004 in Koh Tao, Thailand, Apnea Total Education System has been introducing freediving to thousands of travelers, holidaymakers, and water lovers of all kinds and experiences, enhancing the exploration of the underwater world and the inner self through the breath and breath-holds.

 

With Schools all over the world, AT still keeps the family-like feeling that has driven the organization since the very beginning and the strong belief that freediving is a highly personal sport. Therefore, it is far from the idea of a “one size fits all” approach as it creates limitations for students who may have better progression, experiences, and overall performances using a more personalized teaching philosophy, like Apnea Total.
