HISTORY Croissant & Ko was founded by Wil, a French pastry enthusiast from Normandy, who fulfilled his dream of entrepreneurship on the tropical island of Koh Tao 17 years ago. What began as a small workshop in March 2020, catering to local businesses, quickly grew into something much larger: a multi-island bakery.
